if he has seen the full treads and noted the wear or not. You know as well as I do that there is no OEM camber adjustment up front, SOOO unless he is on OEM springs that are not sagging or some aftermarket springs that retain OEM ride height (which I admittedly am completely unaware of) THENNNN he has excess negative camber.
What part of that uspets you? I don't want to see the guy get ripped off like I did for multiple alignments, he obviously feels he got squared away and may very well have gotten ripped out of 60 bucks.
